By using irelandiptv.tv and our IPTV subscription service you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Service description

Ireland IPTV provides access to a curated IPTV streaming service. We do not host, stream, broadcast or own the content delivered through the service.

2. Subscription & billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance for the period selected (1, 3, 6 or 12 months). All prices are in Euro and inclusive of any applicable taxes.

3. Acceptable use

• No reselling or redistribution of the service
• One subscription per household unless multi-connection is purchased
• No use of automation, scraping or VPN abuse

4. Account security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

5. Service availability

We target 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and force majeure events may temporarily affect availability.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that breach these terms without refund.

8. Liability

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the current subscription period.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
