Refund Policy

We stand behind our IPTV service. If something isn't right, we'll do our best to make it right.

1. Eligibility

Refunds are considered when:

  • The service does not work on a supported device after troubleshooting with our support team
  • You request a refund within 24 hours of purchase and have not used the service significantly
  • A confirmed technical fault on our side prevents normal use for more than 48 hours

2. Non-refundable cases

  • ISP, broadband or device-side issues outside our control
  • Change of mind after the first 24 hours
  • Account suspended for breach of Terms of Service

3. How to request a refund

Contact support@irelandiptv.tv with your order details. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

4. Free trial

Free trials are non-refundable as no payment is taken.
